HOW IT WORKS

From the idea to the render, without redrawing.

Reitur Studio exists to iterate event layouts: try a layout, see it in 3D, ask for variants and get the render and the plans. Every change updates the plan, the inventory and the image. The slow part was redoing things; here nothing is redone.

The loop.

Five moves, always on the same scene. Go back to any of them without losing the others.

  1. 01

    Start from the venue

A CAD drawing (DXF or PDF at scale), a satellite map with the real boundary, or a blank space with its dimensions.

  2. 02

    Lay it out

Drag measured assets, draw zones, fences and cables, count seats. The plan and the inventory update as you place.

  3. 03

    Iterate

Ask for AI variants per area, compare them, keep what works and redo only what does not. Change the layout, not the file.

  4. 04

    Render

A photoreal image from the same scene, with the geometry locked: the same objects, positions and colours you measured.

  5. 05

    Deliver

PDF sheets by section, inventory, dimensions, cabling and renders. The client gets something they understand; the crew gets measurements.

What changes when iterating is cheap.

More options in the first meeting

Three layouts of the same room cost minutes, not days. You arrive with alternatives instead of one bet.

Decisions on images, not on promises

The client approves a render of the actual layout, so what gets built is what was approved.

The crew gets measurements, not interpretations

Every sheet comes from the same measured scene: dimensions, set-out points and inventory that match the render.

Made for the people who set up events.

Questions people ask.

Do I need to know CAD?

No. You can import a DXF or PDF if you have one, draw the boundary on a satellite map, or start from a blank space. The editor works with measured objects, not lines.

What do I get out of it?

PDF sheets by section (plan, dimensions, set-out, inventory, cabling, zones), 3D views, approved renders and a shareable project.

How long does a render take?

Usually under two minutes for a standard image. It is generated from the scene you approved, with the layout locked.

Are the plans to scale?

Yes. Every asset has real dimensions in metres, the venue keeps its scale from the import, and the PDF sheets carry a scale bar and dimensions.

Can I start for free?

Yes. The free tier includes the 3D editor with 140+ models, venues, PDF plans and one shared project, and you can try the AI with one free render and one proposal. The rest of the AI is on the paid tiers.
