What each operation spends
Credits are charged when the work is accepted, not when it is opened. One expensive model that gets it right costs less than several cheap attempts, which is why reasoning work costs more than the quick kind.

Top-ups
Bought when needed, on any paid plan: 8 credits for every dollar. Unlike the plan’s monthly ration, they do not expire.

Questions about the price.
Do you charge per person?
No. The price is per account and the whole team works inside it. Adding somebody does not change the bill.
Does a reviewer need an account?
No. They open a link, comment on the plan and approve a frozen version. This is on the free plan.
Do credits expire?
The plan’s credits do: they are a monthly ration and whatever is left goes when your next period starts, which runs from the day you subscribed rather than the first of the month. Top-ups you buy do not expire, and spending comes out of the ration first so the purchased credits are what stay.
What happens when they run out?
Generation stops until you top up. The project, the plans and the files are untouched.
Can I change plan?
Upgrading applies at once and the prorated difference is charged. Downgrading is scheduled for the end of the period: nothing already paid is taken back.
What currency do you charge in?
US dollars, in every country. If your card is in another currency your own bank makes the conversion at its rate, and may charge a fee for it.
