Who we are and how you accept
Reitur Studio is a service of [Company name], with registered office at [address], [country] ("we"). By creating an account or using the application you accept these terms and the Privacy policy. If you act on behalf of a company, you declare that you can bind it.
If you disagree with anything that follows, do not use the service.
The service
Reitur Studio is a workspace for designing event setups: a 3D editor, venues imported from CAD or PDF or drawn on a map, a library of measured elements, PDF plans by section, AI-assisted renders and proposals, and shared projects.
There is a free plan and paid plans with different tools and included credits. What each plan includes is published on the pricing page and may change; changes never reduce what you already paid for within the current period.
We may improve, modify or withdraw features. If we withdraw something that substantially changes what you contracted, we will give you reasonable notice.
Your account and your organization
- You need a real e-mail address that you confirm; disposable addresses are not accepted. You must be at least 18 years old.
- You are responsible for your password and for everything done with your account. If you believe someone has accessed it, change the password and let us know.
- Every account belongs to an organization with clients, members and roles. Whoever invites someone is responsible for giving them the right role; whoever administers the organization is responsible for its members and its billing.
- An invitation applies to the address it was sent to, when the account is confirmed or on sign-in, and expires if it is not accepted within the period the e-mail states.
Your content
What you upload or create (plans, images, scenes, renders, models and deliverables) is yours. You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store it, process it, show it to whoever you share it with and generate the results you ask for from it, only for as long as the service lasts and only to provide it.
You warrant that you have the right to use what you upload, including third-party plans, photographs, logos and trademarks. If someone makes a claim about your content, you answer for it.
A project shared by link is visible to anyone who has the link. You decide when to create it and when to withdraw it.
AI-generated results
Layout proposals, renders and 3D models are generated with external providers from your scene and your references. They are a starting point: they may contain errors, omit elements or show geometry that does not match the measured scene.
Review them before using them. Reitur Studio's plans and measurements are design tools: they do not replace checking on site or the review of the professionals responsible for the safety, structure, installations or permits of the event.
Remodelling plans (the walls taken down or put up and the structure you mark on a venue) are conceptual: they are not for construction or permit applications, and any structural work needs a responsible engineer or architect.
You may use the results in your proposals and deliverables. Do not present them as real photographs or use them to mislead anyone.
Credits, plans and payments
The AI tools consume organization credits: those included in each plan period and the packs you buy. Each type of generation has a cost published on the pricing page, reserved when you request it and deducted only when the generation finishes with a usable result; if it fails, the credits return to the organization. Credits cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another organization.
Payments are processed by an external payment processor. Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel; an upgrade applies immediately with proration, and a downgrade or a cancellation at the end of the current period. We never take back credits already granted.
Unless the law provides otherwise, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with at least [30] days' notice; the new price applies at the next renewal.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Breach or probe the security of the service, access data of other organizations or overload the platform.
- Extract the library, models or results by automated means, or resell the service or its credits.
- Upload content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights or contains other people's personal data without a basis for it.
- Use the AI tools to generate misleading or harmful content, or content contrary to the providers' terms.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
Intellectual property
The software, the design, the Reitur Studio brand and the element library are ours or our licensors'. We grant you a licence to use them within the service and to include library elements in your projects and deliverables. You may not copy, extract or redistribute the library outside them.
If you send us suggestions, we may use them with no obligation to you.
Availability
We work to keep the service continuously available, but we do not guarantee a specific uptime: there will be maintenance, and we depend on external providers for AI, payments, e-mail and maps. Keep copies of your important deliverables; you can export plans and download renders and models at any time.
Suspension and closure
You can stop using the service whenever you want and ask us to close your account by writing to [email protected]. Closing the account does not refund the payments of the current period.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, does not pay, or puts the service or other people at risk, giving notice unless it is urgent. When an account is closed, its data is handled as the Privacy policy describes.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI results will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it, and we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data you could have avoided with a copy. Nothing above limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of [country]. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of [city], unless as a consumer you are entitled to another forum.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If the change is relevant we will tell you by e-mail or in the application at least [15] days in advance; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.
